I am sorry , maybe you can try this free online practice test:(http://www.studyguidezone.com/nclexpntest.htm). See what you are strong and weak in and focus on what you need help in. If you can, try to get a copy of your previous tests so you can see what you need to study. I found this study guide link from another post from a girl who was asking for NCLEX study advice and apperently it works really well from what I heard. The Hurst book helped me more than anything else -- things were organized in a way that I remembered them.

And don't give up. One of the best nurses I have ever worked with failed the Boards 3 times -- she finally passed when she decided if she didn't pass, she was going to go back to school for respiratory therapy. The plan for if she failed calmed her down, and she passed.

Failed PN nclex twice! Took the test yesterday with 205 questions. I am so devastated when the CC page showed up on PVU. I studied, studied, & studied. I dont get this! I use saunders green book, nurseEd, nurseana.com. I answer questions after dang questions. Im just sick & feel like my clock is ticking to get this 2nd career going since im 42 y/o. Dont want to give up but need help.

I am sorry you failed. You say you answered question after question did you read the rationales afterwards? If not then try doing that as the rationales help you to identify key words that are in the question to help you get the right answer
