To Hopeful RN to be,
I'm in the exact same boat as you. There have been a couple of chapters that when I re-test I still score low! I go over them AGAIN, but I still don't always feel 100% w/ the material. I just hope with all the rest of the chapters (I'm starting ch.30 today, and I only do 1-2 chapters a day. It's hard with a baby and I don't study well at night) everything will eventually kick in! I'm sure there is no way every single person that passed felt 100% with every chapter!

I know it is hard to do 10 chapters because I get discourage when I score low. I feel that I went to school for nothing. But I plug along. And it is just hard to study al over again.

I had just gotten my Saunders review book today in the mail. I am so excited to start Suzanne's plan. I had failed the next 9/13 and just got my performance report and that was depressing. I actually don't know anything...lol...
I had thrown out all my notes from Kaplan and ERI. I have read everyones success stories with Suzanne, so I threw everything out and put my other NClEX stuff on ebay. I am strictly doing Saunders (first step) then the 6 week plan. I just don't need any distractions.

I am catching up with you Echota. I am in the process of doing Ch 36 but will stop at Ch 38.
Are you saying that after doing the chapters we still have 6 more weeks to do Suzanne's plan? I am planning to take my exam by the end of October. What do you think?

I stopped at Ch 36 today because I have plans tonight with my bf (monthiversary thing:kiss). Yes, after we finish the chapters, we still have 6 more weeks to do her plan. Make sure you PM her with your email address to get you started with her 6wk plan once you're done with the book :)
If you finish the book in a week, add 6 more week for her plan, then that means you'll need 7 more week until you schedule the next test. So that's about...2nd week of November. I'm planning to take mine around last week of November. Hopeful I'll feel prepared by then:idea:

how about the Q&A of saunders? is it a big help? what is the difference between the comprehensive review and the q&a? is it like a text book?thanks! so that i will know if i still have to buy the comprehensive reviewer other than the q&a.
yes but there more questions on the CD and there is a study of 4000 questions.
A lot of people said that Saunders is a very good tool for NCLEX rn exam study guide.
