Ok, so I took my RN exam today and I had 75 questions, but I didn't feel that great about it but I got home and got the good pop up. Has anyone ever failed from 75 questions and how accurate is the "good pop up?" I don't want to celebrate too early ya know.

In my experience it is 100% accurate. You see I took my NCLEX last tuesday, Feb22nd and got the good pop-up and by Friday Ca BRN posted my name as a Registered Nurse. So Congratulations Spiderman101.

No problem. You could relax now and after few days you could look up your name in Ca BRN site.

does anyone know if the pearson trick to check your results is true?
i took the nclex pn exam this morning, i got 97 questions and the computer shut down. my friends took it last week and supposedly if you try to log into the system to register again for the exam and it does not let you then it means that you passed, but if you log in to register again and the system lets you pay then it means that you didnot pass... i tried the trick as soon as i got home and it tells me that i need to contact someone from the company and it did not let me register again.. i am exhausted, physcially, emotionally, and mentally.. can anyone please give me any insight.. it feels like wednesday is so far away

you have passed. I am 100% sure that the PVT works. I had 75 questions also and I thought that I failed, but I passed. Me and all my friends did the PVT, got the good popup and we all passed. Celebrate, you have done well. Be proud of yourself.

I'm sorry you did not pass. What studying mechanism are you using?
I used Saunders only, it provides a good review with NCLEX hints. I always read the rationales to the questions. When studying be sure to take breaks in between (every 1-2 hrs @ least 30 min), if you study all day you will not retain all of the information you learned. To pass boards you must have an understanding of the information presented. With Saunders, I divided the sections up into different days and then took the quizzes. NCLEX scares us, must go in with an open mind and try to relax although its difficult to. Pray and take some deep breaths before your exam. My friends did the Hurst Review and they say it helped, gave a breakdown of the info. Goodluck to you, will keep you in my prayers. Hope this info was useful. Keep your head up and don't give up.
