Pearson Vue & ATT --- EMERGENCY TIME DEADLINE**

Your application when you pay $200 from Pearson only lasts for one year. The authorization to test only lasts for one year, too, I believe. So, if you lose out on that, you have to pay an additional $200 and get a new ATT.

If your BoN issued ATT deadline is March 24 you must test before 11:59pm on March 24, 2016 or reapply for eligibility

I haven't paid the 200 yet bc I was worried with how my application expires on the 3/24.

What letter? What application? Be specific if it's an ATT/eligibility letter from Hawaii BoN you must schedule & complete the nclex before 3/24

So if i pay the 200 for the seat fee, and if for some reason im not prepared or confident for march 24, i can reapply with my BON for eligibility to test? and my pearson vue will still be good?

No. If you do not test by 3/24 you forfeit the funds paid to Pearson Vue. Many ATTs are valid only 90 days. ATT is irrespective for the length that a registration is valid at Pearson Vue. You cannot extend your ATT deprivation by holding off registering & paying Pearson Vue the $200

Your options now are:

1 register at Pearson Vue, schedule and take the nclex before end of day on 3/24 (the best option as the longer you delay the less likely you are to pass. You can take a one month review course and be prepared to test on 3/24)

2. register at Pearson Vue in an attempt to schedule and take the nclex before end of day on 3/24. BUT not take the test before 3/24 and forfeit the $200

3. Do nothing. Check HI BoN for cost and process to reassess for eligibility to secure an ATT/take nclex. Then on 3/25/16 reapply to the BoN, pay any required application fees and redo any required assessments that may have expired. Once processed & eligible immediately register & pay Pearson Vue and schedule your exam. In the meantime study & prepare.
