Just a question.. i applied in CA so it means im gonna wait for 1 month before i receive my result. Im in Philippines by the way.. If you receive the letter thru snail mail, would you know your result without opening it just by the size of the envelop or something? Someone said that if you pass the exam, the letter would be thin and if you fail the letter would be thick? Is that true?

Yup. Nov. 9.. Tell me if you have receive your results already so that i can ready myself.

just took my exam last nov 28..my mom keeps on asking me if my name is already on the web. i told her that my name is not yet on the web. she thought that i failed.waaaaaaaaaaaahhh... i hope that i'l pass the exam...

Where did you took the exam? Do you have SSN?

Just to clear up a few things for you:

CA does not issue a license if you do not have a SSN#, you will only be receiving a letter from them telling you of your results.

They do not send the letters out until 2 1/2 weeks after you test, so if in CA, then you get your results in a couple of days after that; if overseas, then it is about a month, but it is then dependent on the mail system and where you actually live.

If you live in Manila, then you will have it faster, if you live on a smaller island, then it is going to take longer. All get shipped to Manila as that is how the International mail is delivered and then routed out from there.

Please be aware that your CA application is only valid for three years from the time that you tested. If you are unable to provide a SSN# to them by the expiration, then the file will be destroyed. Please check out the International Forum to find out what you need to do.
