Is it true if your state participates in quick results that you should be able to go onto your state website earlier than pearson posts the results and see if you have a license. so what I am trying to say if you want to find out your quick results and it is not on your state and pearson has also not yet posted it that you probably did not pass?

Sometimes a state will not have the license posted until a week or two after you get your results on the Pearson-Vue website. Example, New Jersey they do not update their site as frequently as some of the others.

Pearson-Vue normally has results posted two days after you take the exam.

If they don't, then your state is definitely not going to have the results any sooner.

Sorry.

I took the NCLEX on Tuesday. I checked the Ohio nursing website last evening and they have issued me a licence. I am assuming that I have been successful on my exam. Thank the lord, huge sigh of relief. My test shut off at 75 questions, but I was sure that I failed. I think the biggest thing about this exam is that it's a huge mind game.

I'm in NY. Two days after I took the NCLEX, the Pearson site said my results were available. I drove, in a near panic, to my sister's for moral support while I looked up the results. "Why don't you just check out the NYS Office of Professionals site and see if you're up there?" she said. So I did, and to my amazement, there was my name. So I got to find out in two days, for free!

NYS is pretty fast about updating the OPS site.
