So I'm in New York if that matters in regard to the nclex. I bought the latest edition Saunder's nclex book. There's about 800 questions in it and I'm at 295 or something questions. I don't feel like it's helping because I don't have the knowledge to answer the questions. Is there certain content I should know? I want to know how to pass and I don't know where to start.

I've only taken NCLEX RN, but UWORLD was a great study source! I know they have a Q-bank available for PN too. The rationales are awesome.
