How many of you passed or failed at 265?

I had 265 yesterday and feel really good about the last set of questions (especially #265). I'm SCARED, though. Anybody know what the chances of passing are at 265??? Thanks!

Hi, r u sure you have to wait until Monday? I am also in IL and I got my results in 48hrs. I took it on 2/13 got my results at 9 this morning.

Best Wishes.

I too am in the same boat. I took it today and the test shut off at 265. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooo nervous but at least I live in IL and can get the quick results but I have to wait until monday. I was feeling good though because I had A TON of priortization questions and the select all that apply type questions. But I just don't know. Towards the end I I was so tired of looking at that screen that I am afraid I made some stupid choices and didn't get any of the last string of questions right. Guess we'll see on Monday.

Yeah, I think I have to wait till monday because 48 hours will be on saturday and I think you have to wait 2 business days.

its 48 hours not 2 business days

check saturday

Well i'm still a box of nerves. I just can't get over how different the test seemed from the 1st half compared to the last 100. Hopefully this was a good thing, but the last 100 was the toughest test i've ever had.

I just don't know what to think about 237 :(

the wait seems agonizing! hope that you pass. good luck.

i took my exam yesterday. i had 265 questions. i was sure of some of my answers, and the other questions, i had to guess ... i left the testing site feeling drained and exhusted... i sat there for 5.5 hrs! i'm so glad i found this thread... i started feeling really depressed and sad because in my class, most people in the past took the exam, got 75 questions, and they passed. another student got 265 questions, and failed. walking out the test center, all i could say... i tried my best...

I wish that they would remove the question counter from the computer. I took my test Saturday and started to stress out the closer I got to question 75. The computer shut off at 75 which gave me a false sense of confidence because all I have heard is that 75 seems to be the gold standard, but people have failed at 75 questions also. Who knows the "secret" formula that determines who passes or fails. I just want to wish everyone who's still awaiting results, or waiting to test good luck!!!

As said before, it doesn't matter if you pass with 75 or 265, either way you're getting you license. I took my test on thur and found I passed. I too had 265 questions. I left the site feeling drained and stupid like I missed every question I was asked but if I can say anything it would be after you get to question 75 and then to 150 and then to 200 and so on.... STAY FOCUSED. After question 200 I was so tired of looking at that screen my mind just started wondering off into space.

This is a really good point. I agree that it really doesn't matter how many questions you have as long you pass but, I have to admit ... I wanted to shut down at 75. By the time I got to 60 questions ... my head was spinning.

That's why I took a lot of time and tried to focus as much as I could to try get as many questions right because ... I was worried I couldn't focus as well out of sheer exhaustion if it turned out to be a really long test. I just don't do well with tests that are really long.

hi guys,

Congatulations to all who passed the nclex, and to those who still awaits for the results, "keep the faith". Passed or fail, we all worked hard and did our best.

As I've read some of the posts here, and I felt a feeling of de javu. Yes, I guess we all had our moments during the nclex-rn exam. I myself couldn't anymore assess whether the questions were easy or hard. I just went on choosing the answer which I feel was the right one.

I took my nclex last feb3, and upto this time I don't know If I passed or failed.

I wanted to believe I passed, because people around me believed and says I can do it, but deep inside I cannot deny that the exam was hard, and some of the questions I know I didn't get the right answer.

But I did my best, studied every chance I get before the exam and I gave it my all.

After many days of denying I took an exam, I wanted to know, once and for all the results... it's tough to wait in vain, but there isn't anyother way for me to find out but to wait for the boards to inform me of the official result.

I got into this forum, maybe to find light to my gloomy days since my exam, but somehow I felt more uneasy now bec.after going through your posts I've notice that most of the test takers questions stopped at either 75 or 260++ questions. I stopped at 134 ( i think)

Has anyone stopped at 130 or 140?

Im scared... nervous. I couldn't concentrate and upto know I feel empty inside.

I hope anyone can share anything, I would really appreciate it.

take care guys... and good luck to all of us.
