My husband who was a big support almost all the way to nursing school until I had 1 full semester left. He died December 25 2007 of a massive heart attack. I then had to start last semester of Rn school on January 10th. He was my dream and goal to be a nurse. Also it was his goal for me to succeed in school. Well I graduated nursing school. I had took boards total of 3 times last time was 2/12/09 and had very hard questions but computer shut . off at #100. This past December received a call my brother of 44 died of unknown causes he died on 12/23/08 . So the past 2 Christmas has been spent buryin a loved one. I really desire to be a nurse, I know I have had alot that I have went thru, but failing boards not once, twice now a third is mentally draining. I upgraded to premium still don't know how this site works trying to leave Suzanne a post. Any help.

I just took the nclex-rn this morning for a second time and the computer shut off on me at 75 questions. I found the questions more difficult this time around than when I took it the first time. I came out feeling very sad, frustrated and angry . I have a job lined-up and I dont know how I'll be able to explain to them that I didnt pass... well, I know I dont know it yet but I really feel that I didnt pass. My weakness is definitely pharmacology questions because I was thrown like 15+ questions on drugs alone. I already wallowed in my misery for 2 hours now and am over it. Reading these forums was really therapeutic and I thank God for you all :bowingpur. I am hoping for a miracle from God that I will pass so that I am move on, but I am starting to plan and change my study strategies right now in case I dont. Anyone have any suggestions as to how best study for the pharm section?

Please Please wait for your results before starting studying again. Many pass even when resitting and they think they have failed.

I too I have failed the nclex:cry: but I found suzanne's plan on this website. Many others on this site have used her plan, some after many times of taking it and have passed. I'm tring to do the plan now but you should look into it maybe it will help.

Good Luck
