I M LOOKING FOR GOOD NCLEX REVIEW BOOK, BUT WITH EACH CHAPTERS LISTED SEPARATELY SO THAT I CAN PRACTISE WHAT I AM LEARNING NOW, ISTEAD OF GOING THROU THE WHOLE BOOK AND FIND OUT WHAT I NEED. ANY HELP PLEASE...:blushkiss

Saunders. The index is listed by topic, it's easy to read & the rationales are the best.

Saunders is definitely a good book. It's great for content review. I had also used Kaplan (the software package for Question Trainers and the Q-bank). Kaplan was great for critical thinking type questions. Good luck!

There are several good books out there. The one that my University recommends is endorsed by the NSNA (National Student Nurses Assoc).

Delmar Learning sells it. It focuses on client need categories and is very easy to follow.

If you search for a NCLEX review book on a site like Barnes & Noble (I am more familiar with the way their site is set up), they many times include a link that will allow you to view the Table of Contents page(s) of some of the books, especially if it is a good seller. This will give you a good idea of how the books are organized before you make a decision on which to buy.
