finger print card?

I asked a friend of mine from Ukraine about fingerprint card,she passed NCLEX in London.And she didn't fill in any fingerprint card,she saed it's done in test center.There the photo and fingerprint are taken.

Some states do require a fingerprint card to be done and send back to them. Your fingerprint will also be taken at the testing center.

Your best bet would be to go online to the California Board of Nursings website.

hi guys. m rina from the philippines. im a fresh graduate. i need help. how do i get the finger print card for my NCLEX application? i already downloaded an application from the california rn website.. m confused... where m i supposed to send the money for a finger print card? to DOJ or to NBI and how do i request for one? hope you can help me. thanks

Go their website and email them asking for fingerprint cards. You will receive it at least in three weeks. You can have your finger prints done at NBI. Thats what I did.

Does anyone know wheather Florida require fingerprint or not?

i took nclex for florida and didnt have my fingerprint done until i was at the test centre on there computer so i dont think you do.

i remember when i was arranging my papers in the phils, i went to nbi for my fingerprint card.they sent us the card from the us and just brought it in in nbi for fingerprinting.i took the nclex in florida and nc was my board of nursing.

I requested a fingerprint card from the website of CA BON.. I already received it now through mail after 2 weeks. I would like to ask where can I feel it up.. is it only available in the NBI office at Manila or I can also file it in the NBi office beside the Quezon City hall? thank you very much...

If you're in the U.S.A., you dont need the fingerprint card all you need is go to a police station that has live scan, but if you live OUTSIDE the U.S.A., you need to request the fingerprint card. here--> https://app.dca.ca.gov/rn/requests.htm

i received mine after 2 weeks. be careful not to fold the card, the FBI might reject it.

After receiving the card,

1. go to NBI carriedo

2. proceed to 3rd floor, pay 40 pesos for finger printing (they will give you a blue stub)

3. go to the 6th floor, room 604

4. sign the logbook

5. proceed to 5th floor for your fingerprinting.

If you are going to take your nclex in california...you need that fingerprint..you can request directly to www.rn.ca.gov .just supply the necessary information and wait for a few weeks to be mailed...
