Has anyone used the online NCSBN course questions? www.learningext.com If so, how did they compare to the actual NCLEX questions? I'm hoping they are pretty close, since it is written by the same people that make NCLEX. Someone I knew told me she saw some of the same questions pop up on her NCLEX, and I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience?

I had the 3 week version of it. I liked it as another additional resource to study with. I did all of the sections and found some of it to be similar. I also used Saunders for content info and Kaplan book and CD for how to interpret what the question is looking for. Its all about what helps you as a person. Not one NCLEX test is the same. When I took mine, a week and a half ago, some of the questions I got were way out there. I had 75 questions and passed. I think that all the repetition of questions that I did helped me. I learn by doing. Some people learn by hearing it, or reading it. So it just depends on how you learn.
