See. Worry is a great emotion, because it raises our awareness of potential dangers. But, when you worry about things you can no longer control, it's an expensive emotion that has no result.

I tell my patients all the time: "You don't worry about things, that's MY job. I'm a 'professional worrier'. Let me do that job for you. I'm quite good at it. In the meantime, you get some rest."
