NCLEX and anxiety meds

Hi all,

I will be graduating this semester (May 2014).I have a bad anxiety test even quiz like those.As for NCLEX I am really worried ,some of last semester student told me take some anxiety med before exam.Is it that bad?Will taking med will help me?I do prepare ,study hard for exams but I know myself that due to anxiety I don't perform that well as I prepare in exams.

Any suggestion will be helpful

I have no idea which of the many anxiolytics you are thinking about, or what your reaction to them would be.

You need to talk this over with your PCP, and if medications are prescribed, you need to trial them prior to boards to make sure they create the appropriate response. You don't want to risk nodding off during the test.
