Perhaps you guys have seen this already, but I thought it would be an interesting read.

I bet no one at these facilities will take docs talking about "instruments feeling slick" as kidding around anymore. This is a horrible neglect case by the elevator company employees.

But what is the most surprising is that no one noticed a change in the "slide" of the instruments for two months? Whoever was responsible for doing the cleaning didn't realize that there was a significant difference in the way the cleanser felt?

Actually the article mentioned that the medical staff noticed the instruments were slick. What I'd like to know is why nobody spoke up or said anything to those who turnover instruments...
