Navy Nurse

Hi, I will be starting nursing school next year (spring 2016) I was previously in the navy and got out at the end of my enlistment (4 years) i was a IT3 when i got out. I got out to spend more time with my son since he was only 1 at the time, and to work on getting my nursing degree. My question is who do i contact for more information on the navy nurse candidate program? I would not think a normal recruiter would have much information on this subject considering more all the ones in my area are enlisted. Also, can you join the program with have dependents? And can you have tattoos that can be seen in uniform? Thank you!
