A senior nurse misrepresented something I said, told the manager something false. Result: I got called in and talked to about having an insubordinate attitude. Manager didn't believe me when I tried to refute my nasty colleague's claim. Feeling so angry and frustrated. What to do now?

The only thing you can do is to say that going forward you will be more mindful. If the more senior nurse (who I am assuming is your charge nurse) communicates with you in a way you do not understand, then I would ask for clarification. "I am not sure what you mean, what is it you would like me to do?"
I am not sure what you said, but sometimes it is how one says it. Make sure your communication with this nurse in the future is above board, 100% professional. If this nurse is NOT your supervisor, and engages you in some sort of conversation you don't like where it is going, get charge involved for "clarification".
You can only go forward from here. And if there was a talking to, and no discipline, then it was just a "talking to" as in "watch your tone" or the like...

And as much as possible, try to have a witness when you deal with this person.
