Nashville hospitals? Advice?

I will be graduating in May 2017 and recently got offered a position in the 13-15 week residency program at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville. I also applied to the residency program at Centennial (hoping for a spot at The Children's Hospital at Tristar Centennial) and also the residency program at Vanderbilt (again hoping for a position in pediatrics). I have an interview for Centennial coming up on March 4 and was wondering if anyone had some advice for it?

Also any advice about these three hospitals in general would be a lot of help. Salary, benefits, good hospitals?
