My very first RN interview! Yay! Please help

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am a new grad who just obtained my CA RN license last week. I already have an Interview for exactly one week from today. The position being offered is ER Nurse. I find that I am nervous because out of the 150 apps turned in I was rejected for about 80% and I assume a lot of it has to do with the fact that I am a new grad. My new grad position holds some insecurities with it but I am sure this hiring agent would know I am a new grad when they asked me into the interview, right? When the woman from HR called me she was very nice and told me that she absolutely loved my cover letter. I was shocked!!! So now to prepare.... My portfolio is ready, I am researching the hospital and some common interview questions for RN's but what I am looking for is if anyone would know what kind of questions I can expect for an ER position. Since in the ER you get a little bit of everything I just don't know where to start brushing up my knowledge. Please help and thank you very much. :heartbeat
