Is it true that NP will be required to have their Doctorates instead of Masters? Looking into programs and need to know if its worth it to look into DNP vs MSN. Ultimately, I want to either be a NNP or PNP, still trying to figure that out.

No, it is not true it was a suggestion to have been implemented in 2015. It never became a reality/requirement. Many schools started offering the DNP in anticipation of this recommendation.
