Good Morning Fellow Nurses, I was wondering if any one has been a psychiatric nurse within the MR/DD Population. I have been offered a unique opportunity, where I would be the RN in a 4 bed unit that specifically provides crisis prevention and response services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who present with complex behavioral and mental health needs.
