If a license is suspended in NJ (in the process of resolving) is it possible to take the NCLEX for Nevada, work as an RN without ramifications from the NJ board if I move to Nevada before resolution? I am not convicted nor even arrested for any crime..thanks (can anyone suggest the most expediant way for me to put NJ behind me and work in Nevada????:nono:

Agree with Kizzy, no one can give you the answers you need but the board.

But why would you have to retest if your license is reinstated in NJ? I wish you good luck in returning to practice.
