Starting the thread since I could only find Summer 2021z Has anyone applied to and/or gotten an admission decision from Mount Sinai PSON for their ABSN program starting Fall 2021? Where else did you apply? Share stats if comfortable, you know the drill! Thanks!

I received an email this morning from PSON saying theyve just finished a preliminary review of my application and just needed an extra detail. This def tells me theyre looking at things closer but it might take them a little while to send out decisions, who knows.
I don’t think that anyone has updated on an acceptance, waitlist, or rejection notification on this thread for about a week, and I feel like we have only seen two or three people receive an acceptance to the fall cohort so far… Is anyone else who has been reading this thread accepted that has not posted yet? Would love to hear!

I never received a notification for Mount Sinai that they received my application. I do know Tuan emailed me about my pending prereqs and my high school transcript. I guess to know if they received it, be on a lookout for Tuan’s email for their preliminary review
@futuree_nurse I'm only three modules into both but Pharma feels harder because its memorizing drug names, etc. They are all rushing together in my brain. However, Patho feels like a lot more material to cover. Each module feels longer and there are ten modules instead of nine for Pharma. While it's not a straight answer I hope its somewhat helpful. I am attempting to finish them both by July 9th. I haven't even been accepted in Mount Sinai (hopefully, yet) and my other school won't accept the classes. However, I won't have enough time if I wait until acceptances are sent out and I figure it will be easier to have already taken them once if I end up at another school.

Which other school are you weighing besides PSON if you don't mind me asking?

I was just recently accepted on May 13th to the ABSN program! I applied on April 1st so it took a little over a month for a response.
does anyone know if the program is fully remote or back to normal?
Congratulations! I was accepted on Monday as well. Looks like a slow trickle beginning to happen - LOL.
I too would love to know the answer to your question. Please share if you find out. I plan to reach out to admissions to inquire, too.

Congratulations!! So exciting. I will definitely share with you whenever I hear back. Do you know if they have parking for students? That’s something else I was curious about
