Howdy all! I'm getting ready to submit my application this week, but was unsure whether the Self Reporting Checklist pdf should be submitted separately or if the checklist in the actual application will suffice. Sorry if it's a dumb question, but can anyone help a gal out?

I had the same question. I printed out the pdf and filled it, then submitted it through the mail again.

Hmm, ok I did the same just to be safe. Did you answer the personal statement questions separately or in one cohesive essay?

if you log in your application, it will show the status of your transcripts and also your application is 100% .

My transcripts were sent in a few weeks ago, but it still says that they weren't received :/

You can give them a call to check on your files. They told me that it takes 1 week to process everything. I think they just didn't have time to update on the system. I had one transcript was not received but when I called, they told me that they have it. And told me to not worry. í ½í¸¬

Hi everyone! I also applied to the fall 2018 ABSN program! I'm nervous because I still have a few classes in progress Did any of you have issues with the online reference form? One of my referencers could not complete it and had to mail it in and it still says it has not been received. Good luck to you all!

Where does it say that it hasn't been received? Or did you call and ask?

I'm sure that they got it... just takes some time for them to process everything that comes in!

I would just give them a call. It usually takes a while for all the documents to be processed :)
