Definitely call - if you would call on any other day, you call on Easter. You are concerned and they can evaluate over the phone if you need to bring her in.

Asthma doesn't come with a fever, so it may be the pneumonia coming back, or maybe hard play was too much for her system. It doesn't hurt to call, so if it will ease your mind, go ahead.

I am a nurse in a pediatric office, and we have seen soooo many viral infections exacerbating asthma symptoms. Definitely call your Ped, don't worry about it being Easter, that's what they get paid for! But keep in mind, this could be a viral infection hitting her right after the bacterial pneumonia.
My two year old had a bad winter last year with this, and thank heavens, we have had a relatively uneventful winter this year.
What meds are you using for her? Albuterol, Pulmicort, nebulizer or inhaler?
I hope she is feeling better soon! Keep us up on her progress.

This very much sounds as if a chest infection may be causing an exacerbation of your child's asthma. Definitely get this checked out. Hope your kid feels better soon.
