Montefiore- Can we apply before we take NCLEX?

Hi everyone!!! I'm graduating from Stony Brook University in May 2013 with my BSN and just wondering if anyone knows if we can apply at Montefiore before we take the NCLEX? I know we can apply at Stony Brook and get hired before we pass the NCLEX but not sure about other hospitals. Thanks!!!

HI. You can apply however the likelihood of getting called for an interview while you do not have an RN license number is very slim. There are so many applicants with RN license that if you do not have one you will be easily passed over unless you have major nursing-related experience or have a big connections to the hospital (sucg as high ranking manager or CEO).

The only programs that allow candidates with no RN license to be hired are those that have new grad programs such as NYP and Stony Brook because those assume you are applying before graduation so they know you will have no license yet and you will only be in competition with other new grads who also do not have licenses.
