Jan 30, '08I have a Treo 700p and have had it since Sept 06 and love it! Works wonderfully, plenty of memory on my little card and has never broken down.
Feb 17, '08Quote from love-d-ORWow, that's unfortunate that the salesperson gave you incorrect info like that. You can download applications on to the Blackberries, although you should put them on a memory card. They come with software you put on your desktop, and thats how you can put new programs on the smartphone..T-mobile has a page on their website where you can find new programs and they even offer download insurance for about 4-5 dollars.Which drug program did you download? I just got mine last week. I spoke to T-mobile (my carrier) and they told me the blackberry does not have that capability, and if I tried doing it and something went wrong my insurance would not cover it. Tell me more, how did you do it?
Furthermore, the Blackberry can even download apps wirelessly-Handago In Hand has games, utilities etc. I think most of the medical apps are too big to do wirelessly so just install the desktop software and connect your phone to your computer via USB. Hope this helps!
