APA for referencing PDA programs? Or, do you have this book...more

  1. My lab program is a PDA version of the book Nurse's Manual of Laboratory and Diagnostic Tests by Cavanaugh, does anyone know how it should be in my reference list?

Until now I've just been doing it as if it were the book but this one doesn't tell me the city where it's published.

Here's a link to the book:

If anyone has the book and can just tell me where it's published I can just cite it as I would the book & be done with it.

    Thanks for any feedback!

[FONT="Comic Sans MS"] I had the same problem when I had to reference PDA documents. This is the info I had found from the Davis Drug Guide (same publisher, so probably the same location) :

    F.A. Davis Company
    1915 Arch Street
    Philadelphia PA 19103
    Phone 800-523-4049

Hope it helps & good luck with your paper
