I have a PDA and I have 7 "books" on it that I use while I am at clinicals. The drug reference is especially great and it gets the most use from me. I went through www.skyscape.com to get the nursing programs. I love that the programs are available for both your PDA and computer so it's really easy to "cut-and-past" and cuts down on my paperwork time immensely!
Thanks, Ill go look for it. Keep forgetting this site has every thing.

I have a PDA, Palm Life Drive. I love it. I go to skyscape.com and pdacortex.com. I have used a PDA for 4 years now and can't live without it. Makes a very good compact reference tool. I make my own notes and upload the docs on the PDA for reference as well. Not to mention the calculator and calendar as an added bonus. I keep a lot of pictures on mine as well.
Drug Guide, Tabers, compatibility of drugs (a free program) and labs and procedures are my top references I use on my PDA. I use my calculator frequently on it for magic numbers and gtt rates...
I prefer PDA's without the phone combo...just my preference
