Misdemeanor charge help please

Hello,

I was caught shoplifting at Walmart. Times were really hard for me and I know I made the biggest mistake ever. I went to court a couple of weeks ago and was granted diversion. I will complete the online course, then do community service up to six months. There was no conviction. The thing is that now I want to look for a job. My lawyer said it will be sealed after 6 months and nothing will show up on my background. What do I tell  employer? My BON said it will not affect my license, so there's nothing to report. Do I have to wait 6 months before looking for a job? Cam they deny me employment because of what will show up even though I was not convicted. I vowed to not steal again and times was hard for me. I really do need a job,  will it affect me?

Try to do jobs like Door Dash or Instacart for extra income. I would try to get my CDL a or b license to get into trucking. They will hire you with a misdemeanor.

Did you receive your blue card that's what I'm worried about I did the same thing . Pre trial and everything
