Nhcc acceptance letters?

Hi All-

I know a lot of people who have received their acceptance letters from NHCC in Saturday's mail. I think they'll be out this week!

Anyone have theirs yet??? I'm excited! :clown:

Hey there! Yep, I got mine on Saturday as well.

I applied at three schools, NHCC, Anoka Ramsey and Century. I got accepted to North Hennepin, and alternate number 283 at Century (so a no-go there) and now I am just waiting to hear back from Anoka Ramsey.

So you didn't get your letter yet!? I'm assuming you'll probably get it in todays mail then. Good luck to you, let me know if you get in!!! :)

I applied to those three too. I did get accepted to Century- Spring semester start...

So we'll see! I am so anxious to get the letters!!!

Kewoolley, did you actually get placed in spring semester or did you get a #. Everyone I have talked to said their letter indicates Spring 2011 has not been determined as of yet. Just wondering?

NHCC letters were mailed in batches. The last batch was mailed on Monday or Tuesday, April 19th or 20th. I got mine on Saturday for the E/W. Quite a few people in my APII are anxious to hear.

If you were accepted into NHCC's nursing program, would you mind sharing what grades you got for AP1, AP2 and micro?

I, as well as many other of my classmates, are curious. We all have different ideas of what a competitive candidate is when it comes to grades received for these classes and actual chances of getting into the program. I have visited the health care advisors and he and she were both vague on what grades accepted folks had. Just curious...

I had a 4.0 in my sciences and I know of 2 other people that had 2 As and 1 B in their sciences (they got in). They also had a very high gpa on the general requirement classes for the nursing program.

I got a B in both AP 1 and AP2 and an A in Micro. I already had my generals degree done with a good GPA in those classes. I have no CNA or medical experience at all. :)

Thank you! :) Well I am still waiting to hear from Anoka Ramsey. I called them and they said they were mailing their letters on on the 30th. So..... I'm not quite sure yet!! Did you get your letter from NHCC? Did you get in?!
