I am a high school junior considering a career as a military nurse. I am looking for information concerning the differences among the three branches. Has anyone worked as a military nurse? Does anyone have experience working with former military nurses? Any opinion on which branch of the military offers the best training, experience, etc? Any suggestions on where to go for more information from an objective source concerning military nursing? Any advice would be very much appreciated.

First, I'd do an internet search of the different branches of the military to get a basic understanding of what each branch does. Nurses can be deployed, work in military hospitals, work on military bases bases, etc.
Once you have an idea of a few branches you might like, find your local recruiter (your high school counselor should be able to put you in contact) and ask your questions. Ask to speak to a nurse from that branch as well. It should be no problem.
And I believe there is a military nursing forum here at AN.
