I am planning to interview for a RN job in the SICU. I am wondering what kind of leadership styles I would need to be a good fit on this floor?

Well, if by leadership style you're referring to that stuff you learned in nursing school, I have no idea, as I don't really remember (or use) any of those categories.
If you'd like to know what qualities make up good ICU nurse, I would say assertive, conscientous, confident, willing to continually learn new things, collaborative, and able to think quickly on your feet.
Does that help?
