mai life 9 Posts Oct 28, 2020 Hi! I’m apart of the Winter term cohort & haven’t received an email from Immunitrax :/ not sure where to even start. I’m afraid to buy books before I get the whole vaccination thing sorted out... 0 Likes
MRA 26 Posts Oct 28, 2020 My understanding is that we will be able to get into immunotrax once we get our acemapp email which will be on nov 1st? 1 Likes
Larrissa Koreyn 30 Posts Oct 28, 2020 Hi! Have you emailed Sheryl at all about the ACEMAPP invitation? Ours for fall term were sent out August 10th and I think they extended our date that everything had to be submitted. It's a really easy program to upload to and it takes about 5 business days for things to be reviewed. What are you needing to sort out with the vaccinations? mai life 9 Posts Oct 28, 2020 I haven’t because I thought ACEMAPP would send that out automatically like around nov. 1st? Should I email her tho? Sort things out like IDK if what I have so far works for what they need. & like the HEP / MMR vaccinations are tricky with the time interval in between shots :/ not sure if I’ll have time yk 0 Likes

I think the check off should tell you what dates are needed between hep vaccines. Have you had your titers checked to see what you need? 0 Likes

MRA 26 Posts Oct 28, 2020 Do you recommend buying supplies/books now or waiting until at least vaccinations are submitted and reviewed? 0 Likes

I just had my doctor order labs for me. Health insurance is on the list of things that need to be submitted as well. Maybe an email to her would be better now to find out what steps to take to make sure you have everything you need! She is very helpful! 14 minutes ago, MRA said: Do you recommend buying supplies/books now or waiting until at least vaccinations are submitted and reviewed? I was so excited and bought everything so soon ? like, I started buying right after I got accepted haha. It's a pretty big chunk of money out of pocket at first so I feel like spacing it out helped me to be less overwhelmed financially...til it came to those book bundles! 0 Likes

Like if you know the names of them? Was it for the antibodies? Just so I can look into it a bit... 0 Likes

Yeah! I needed antibody testing for my hep b, varicella because history of chicken pox isn't accepted, and my tb test. All a quick blood draw. 0 Likes
