Methadone tested in blood and urin screening?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone know what kinds of drugs hospitals screen for upon employment. I actually know someone who just got hired. She has been taking methadone for a year now and has been trying to wean herself off of it. She was afraid that the urine/blood test during her physical screening will test for methadone. Does anyone know?
