Just a quick but heartfelt Merry Christmas to all at allnurses.com!!! I sincerely hope everyone is having a BEAUTIFUL holiday season. I am busy busy busy working as a new grad RN at a great hospital, so I haven't even sat at this computer, let alone logged on to allnurses (my favorite website besides google videos of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, yummy!!). All is well over here so far, as a matter of fact, since I started working, I have often had to literally pinch myself to make sure that I am not dreaming!!!! I work with a great preceptor, on a busy 58 bed med-surg unit that has a little of EVERYTHING going on! We have on our unit alone: an ortho section, a spine center, remote tele (very cool), and 45 general med-surg beds. I AM LEARNING SO MUCH!!! It can be overwhelming at times, I am up to 5 pts, but I really cannot see myself doing anything else. I have finally found my niche! So here is ChelliRN, signing off to go munch down on some delicious chicken in mole' (a Mexican tradition for us at Christmas, that is pronounced mo-lay, btw), but wishing all of you a wonderful evening as well!!!!:balloons: :icon_lol: :icon_lol: :icon_lol: :Reindeer: :Reindeer: :Reindeer: :icon_cool: :icon_cool: :icon_cool:
