Just curious if anyone knows the new grad RN pay rate for Mercy? Also what are the shift differentials for night shift. Thanks.

So from a new grad that was recently hired. $33 an hour for new grads. I don't know differential information. Anyone know their differentials?

Hello!

I was just offered an RN position at Mercy Medical in Springfield. I am in the beginning of the hiring process where they are checking my references, so I haven't received much information yet regarding the pay rate. I know that Mercy is a union hospital, so they do pay their nurses more.

I'm not really a new grad (graduated last year May 2014 and I've worked at a SNF for close to 8 months in FL prior to relocating to MA), and the position they would like me to work is nurse float, which I do not mind.

I will return with more information regarding pay rate, differential, etc once they have provided me with more.
