Male nurses. There are many situations when men in any work environment with a member of the opposite sex when "issues" can arise. Meaning someone can mistake something you say and misconstrue it to something far worifice (a married co-worker may think you're hitting on her and go to your bosses when it's really just an innocent comment). How do you avoid this and still have a friendly working environment?

Dont talk or anything..Know your limits..Just greet your co workers...That is how I do it..

Because my husband works in management, he has had to address several of these types of problems over the course of his career. In all but one of these cases, he felt the women were justified in their complaints. The one time he felt the case was unjustified, it involved a woman known to be a little emotionally unstable.

I think if you just act like a decent guy, don't attempt to date your co-workers, and avoid the people who make mountains out of mole hills, you should probably be fine. Most women aren't looking to hang you.
