What's a good reason to say when they ask you why you want to work for Memorial Hermann? Also, does anybody know what Match Day is like and how the interview process is?

jbrown --- how do you know there are 8 spots open for NICU? Good luck to you all, I'm sure you all will get a spot! I'm interviewing for peds med surg, if you know where/how I can find that info for that area! Thanks : )
