Hi all! Starting this thread for all of us new grads who are applying to any of the Memorial Hermann hospitals for the Summer 2017 GN Residency programs!
Let's keep each other updated on emails/match days/how interviews went, etc!!
What location and what specialty have you applied for?!
My #1 choice: MH The Woodlands - ER
Good luck to all of you!!!
That's one thing I forgot to ask! When will we be hearing back from TMC? Specifically NICU if anybody asked during their interview!
Sorry, thought I had quoted you but I guess I hadn't LOL. NICU told me that we should hear back by the end of the week or perhaps the start of next week at the latest and that, if we don't get a phone call by then, we should contact HR. :)
For PICU, I was told 6 for ICU and 6 IMU and that they were perhaps considering up to 8 and 8. I was told this by the girl giving us the tour at the end of the interview, so I'm not too sure how accurate this is. She had mentioned that there had already been 56 interviews when I went at around 2pm. Regardless of the actual amout, I do still know it's a rather small amount of applicants that they will be accepting.
For those who accepted another position elsewhere, did you call or email to inform them that you were withdrawing your application?
Just accepted a PICU position at Texas Children's, so I rather withdraw from here and increase others chances of getting a call, ya know? Any feedback is appreciated!

Did you have more of an advantage going to pre-match day? I and no one else at my school knew about it
