It is a cgfns -school transaction . You cant handle the papers cgfns is sending or receiving. It usually took a month before the school receives it. Cgfns gives maximum 3 requests if the school doesnt respond after 60 days.

no prc.. even cgfns didnt sent a form to prc because they waived it. the document that was sent by cgfns to ny is jist only from my school. youll be fine and gonna have ur license soon.

new york office of the professions doesnt really nead your prc. cgfns cvs when i processed it waived my prc requirement. the most impt is only the school requirement .

No need to send a payment voucher. Once you paid for credit card, you received confirmation and your all set. All can be done online. Even if you are using your mothers credit card, you wont have a problem about it. I never send a payment vouche...

As what i understand online payment and application for cgfns cvs is quicker and safer. You can pay thru any credit card even if you are in the philippines.
