   send your document first to ahpra (mine I send in Brisbane ahpra office) and then you request for PRC good standing. PRC will send the Good standing certificate directly to Ahpra.

   I submitted all my requirements in Brisbane and it was forwarded in Melbourne, Victoria. I think, nowadays the process is faster, they didn't required me to pass the documents for the criteria 2, 3 and 8 anymore.
