   I think the terminology of the NP application is Unencumbered license, or unrestricted license. Maybe you should ask somebody at the BON that question? Good luck!

   Chris, if you don't get in, which I highly doubt, you will get in next semester. The cut off for my school was 3.5. You r well above that! You are a solid candidate! Be proud of all your accomplishments!

    No, there was a payout on each individual party, and an entry made in the National Data base. It states "alleged" on the paperwork in NDB. No convictions of charges, or anything.
