   My Facility has addded " 24 hr chart check completed" on every chart every night, This is another 2 hours taken away from my patients. :typing

   I live in SW Missouri at this time, I make 11.40 hr, starting a new job this January. Where I worked in Tulsa, OK 3 years ago, I was making 12.00 hr there. The pay isn't great for Lpn's anywhere. We are not recognized for our abilities or skills.
