I agree it sucks Im a new grad too but Im going to stick it out. The patients are wonderful. I just hate the patient load. I figure in a month or so I'll have a nice groove down. Im going to own my floor:0)

thanks for responding. Did you do your assessments as you go. Im so used to doing my assessment on every patient then going to pass meds. What was your patient load?
