   He must have been in some serious withdrawal if he was still getting scores of 12. I've had my ass kicked a few times by patients with lower scores than that. Yikes!

   Almost all of our new grads in the PICU started their NP during that first fall semester. They didn't wait at all.

   High demand for experienced PICU but you can learn TONS in an adult ICU. I would steer clear of NICU for now.
