   I am in the same boat...I have applied at 9 places. Jackson is calling back people from the open house. My friend just got a position at ICU..I had 3 interviews at the open house. They said that they will my papers directly to the recruiter's hand...

   This time around I was more relaxed going thinking I gave it all...I did close to 5000qs..I practiced qs from Lipp/Saunders cd/Hurst/nclex 3500...I made sure I read 'every' word...come up with your own strategies that works for you..I wrote down tons...

   I did close to 5000qs...I made I knew the basics of most diseases..make sure to read EVERY word in the question..I used lippincott/saunders, and Hurst for content. I had 110 questions, 17sata, 3ekgs, 3pics, 2math, and rest were in infection/priority...

   On 3/19, I took the NCLEX-RN..I PASSED with 110 questions..after 5 wks form my 2 attempt..close to 5000 questions and reviewing tons of rationales..after having determination, hard work, and focus on my goal, and having faith is what kept me pushing ...
