They do this at my facility and call it a Transitional position. Although, I am going to mother/baby from OR as a transitional nurse but it will not align with one of the residency groups.
I still haven't even though I have always been passionate about OB/GYN nursing haha. I started in ICU, went to OR, and am now hopefully moving to mother/baby soon.
I have been a nurse for almost a year and a half and am looking to change my specialty as well. I have emailed managers of the departments at my facility I am interested in and this has helped tremendously. I met with a manager and it went well so sh...

I'm so sorry to hear that! I did UWorld, NCLEX mastery app, and read the 35 page study guide. UWorld was the best thing I used in my opinion and I passed in 75. Good luck!

I tested on the 22nd and passed with 75 questions. I only had 15 SATA. My friend passed last week in 75 as well and only had about 10. I think UWORLD helped me get a lot better at doing SATA.
