   My classmate told me a good way to remember Tetralogy of Fallow: She said think Real Oxygenation Problem Very Scary which the letters stand for Right ventricular hypertrophy, Overriding aorta, Pulmonary stenosis, Ventricular septal defect.

   If you have the leave time use it but don't hesitate to the last minute, sometimes I know before I even leave work I will be calling off the next day.

    If the person is a child the parent is allowed to identify them by name to the nurse. I am not sure about the confused elderly patient though I believe looking at the arm band is best.
