About Samantha603

I'm currently staying home with my daughter (and puppies) while finishing up pre-reqs for nursing school (Hoping to accepted for Fall 2016!). My family and I moved from Connecticut for a better way of living and more opportunities. We're doing everything we can to enjoy our new lives and make North Carolina home.

I'm assuming you all received the same email as I did a few days ago? If not I can repost, but it addresses all the changes they're making to the admissions. Luckily most of it doesn't really go into effect for a few years.

  4. Fall 2016 Wake Tech Applicants

I'm taking micro this semester as well as Develop. Psych and retaking Nutrition (because it's been too many years). I took the teas twice in Connecticut (the higher the score - the better your place on the accepted list). I didn't hear about this new...
  5. Fall 2016 Wake Tech Applicants

I am! I just need to take the CNA state test (as I moved from Connecticut) and finish up the last of my pre-reqs this fall and submit my application!

What did they change about the teas points? Are the rest of the points the same?
  7. How To Get An "A" In Any Nursing Course

I love this! My biggest problem is always the scheduling and spending too much time on one thing. I'll be coming back to remember these points in a few weeks when school starts again!
